The 116th Congress and the Senate Agriculture Committee have been CONCEALING CRUCIAL information about building a BSL-4 (Biosafety Level Four) research lab that houses pathogens with NO CURES and VACCINES in the middle of the United States at the geographical HEART of our AGRICULTURE. Wuhan’s accidental release of a virus brought a global epidemic. Imagine if an accident (and accidents happen all the time) happened in Manhattan, Kansas. It would wipe out half of the US population within days, and the damage could last for decades.
Over a decade ago, the people of New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts were concerned about PLUM ISLAND becoming at BSL-4 laboratory. The Plum Island Animal Disease Center operated as Biosafety Level (BSL) 2, BSL-3 Enhanced, Animal Biosafety Level 3 (ABSL-3), and Biosafety Level 3 Agriculture (BSL-3Ag) laboratory and animal research facilities.
The arguments posed were that an ABSL-4 facility would be studying pathogens that would not only be harmful to animals, but they would also be harmful to humans. As debates were ensuing, people agreed the ABSL-3 facility should stay in Plum Island because it was far from livestock. However, an ABSL-4 would be careless due to its proximity to dense populations of the cities surrounding it, New York City less than 100 miles away.
That does make sense. You would never build such a facility near livestock nor dense human populations. That is a recipe for disaster.
A small “leak” from a BSL-4 Lab in China devastated the world. However, the OBAMA administration and the CORRUPT 116th Congress and Senate HID CRITICAL information about PLUM ISLAND decided to build such a lab in the middle of our Agricultural belt!

A source that wishes to remain anonymous claimed that Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota had received information indicating that Plum Island is a biohazard. David Perdue raised concerns. Specifically concerns about the laboratory that will begin operations this year in Manhattan, Kansas, and repercussions based on the information they had about Plum Island. Based on the reports and communications, the Senate Agricultural Committee, in discussions with the 116th Congress, sought to ensure that secret’s PROTECTION. The possibility of Plum Island being sold was a problem for the BSL-4 investment of over $1.14 Billion to continue. The sale would result in the public discovering the impact the lab had on the environment halting their multi-billion dollar project. Therefore they blocked the deal by sneaking it into the COVID-19 Bill.
Remember that massive congressional omnibus spending bill, which included the latest COVID-19 financial relief that President Donald Trump signed in December 2020? That one.
An island whose soil and water samples indicate a hostile environment is now considered a “wildlife oasis.” Adrienne Esposito had told CBS, “before any discussions about development at Plum Island can proceed, officials must first determine the extent of any damage to the soil and water.” Where is that report of the damage that the island has sustained?
Let’s all remember how The Dugway Proving Ground in the middle of nowhere Utah killed over 6,000 sheep by a chemical called “VX” released into the wind.

The Senate and House have not yet JUSTIFIED with EVIDENCE why they did not want to sell the TOXIC island. Are the farmers in Kansas aware of this? Do the people of Kansas know that they are potentially GROUND ZERO for man-made FAMINE? Why couldn’t the facility go to an island like DIEGO GARCIA or Epstein’s Island or Joe Biden’s submarine island or anywhere BUT the middle of the United States smack in the center of our source of FOOD for the nation?
The erection of this facility in the heart of the “Beef Belt” is a matter of National Security. It is a risk to the health and livelihood of every single American. The multi-billion-dollar project is funded with their money. It’s almost as if we are paying them to put us in harm’s way! The decision to put such a facility in Manhattan, Kansas, is criminal and should be treated as such.

…Therefore, GAO believes DHS does not have evidence to conclude that FMD work can be done safely on the U.S. mainland. While location, in general, confers no advantage in preventing a release, location can help prevent the spread of pathogens and, thus, a resulting disease outbreak if there is a release. Given that there is always some risk of a release from any biocontainment facility, most experts GAO spoke with said that an island location can provide additional protection.

This is a huge story. Livestock of all types are raised and finished in this area. Most farmers don’t make enough to be able to feed out on their own. Who knows what kinds of pathogens they already have set to let loose, accidently of course.
This seems to fit quite nicely with the Biden plan to reduce beef consumption by 90%. What better place for a virus to escape from than in the middle of the beef belt? From there, ranchers go broke, lose their land to the elites, and the globalist plan of no private property is quickly achieved. Cattle are shipped around from grassland to finishing, and whatever virus they produce quickly spreads around the U.S. And it’s probably a virus they already have.
