Gina Haspel went to Turkey to listen to the “audio” provided by Turkish intelligence that allegedly points the finger at the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (CPMBS). Today, Gina Haspel did not brief the Senate on the Khashoggi situation instead General Mattis and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo turned up.
After reassuring the press upon exiting the Senate briefing that he has read every piece of evidence in the case of Khashoggi unless something has manifested in the last few hours he made the following announcement:
There is no direct reporting connecting the Crowned Prince to the order of the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. That is all I can say in an UNCLASSIFIED setting.

Gina Haspel has been out of the public eye for a noticeable period of time and for some reason the Senate, specifically the Democrats and the MSM. It was reported that Haspel was in Turkey listening to the audio to which the evidence as Pompeo states does NOT incriminate that the murder of Jamal Khashoggi is connected to the Crowned Prince.
Why isn’t the Senate satisfied with hearing this information from General Mattis and the Secretary of State and demand to hear it from Haspel? After all, if Mattis or Pompeo lied it’s a punishable offense.
