On April 8, 2019 Quondall D. Davis, 24, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged via criminal complaint with sex trafficking of a minor and sex trafficking of an adult by force. Davis goes by the name of “Hot Dog” and would place ads on the website “backpage.com”.

He used Facebook to reach out to the adult and minors he used for trafficking purposes. He would arrange cars to pick them up and drop them off at the predetermined location of their “date”.

If the minors or adult were paid with cash, half of the profits were to be provided to “Hot Dog” but if they were paid with heroin the victims were supposed to provide all the heroin they received as payment to “Hot Dog” receiving no payment for services performed.

During the investigation it was determined that another actor that goes by the name “Long Way” had a telephone number attached to an ad that is associated with a well known prostitution ring in Syracuse, NY.

His hearing is scheduled on April 11, 2019. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life.
